Workshop
It is impossible to teach you how to be a project manager in just a few hours, but I can show you and your team some of the basics to get your project off the ground.
The focus of the workshop can be tailored to the needs of the participants.
Training
Project management starts with understanding what a project is, how it is built and what you need to succeed. In a one-day course, you will learn the ins and outs of starting, monitoring and ending an investigative project.
You will learn about planning, team dynamics and stakeholder management, risks and budgets.
In House
For media editors, in-house training is available for groups of 15 people or more. The content and format of the training are tailored to the needs of your organisation. All experience levels are possible.
Not only project management, but also roadmapping and strategic thinking, time management, planning and leadership are possible topics.
