Welcome

Project management in investigative journalism is becoming increasingly important with the rise of collaborative and cross-border journalism. With the growing interest and need for collaboration to cover issues such as climate, money flows and criminal activity, but also collaboration between journalists and non-journalists, the demand for professionals to support these collaborations is also growing.

My aim is to professionalize the coordination of journalistic teams and the way they are supported. Managing a project (team) is a profession in itself. Most journalists are not trained or equipped with the skills and experience in project management.

As a freelancer, I offer training and mentoring in project management for journalists. I have also been a freelance project manager of international teams in Europe for a number of years, and I use this experience to teach and coach people who want to learn the trade.

To all those who want to coordinate teams and investigations: let’s get professional! Happy collaborating!

“I come and I go. I only create the temporary arena for the investigative team to focus, deliver and create impact.”
